1. Who we are
Vital Codex ("we", "us") publishes educational content on longevity, metabolic health, and related topics at vitalcodex.info, and sells digital products including The Signal Code by Atlan Powers.
2. Digital products
Digital editions are delivered as an immediate download after payment. Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly share the files or your download links.
3. Payments
Prices are shown in US dollars. Our payment partner processes your card securely and acts as the seller of record, which means it collects and remits applicable sales taxes. Your card statement may show our payment partner's name alongside Vital Codex.
4. Refunds
See our Refund Policy. In short: if a digital download fails or you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days and we will make it right.
5. Educational content, not medical advice
Everything we publish is for educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified physician before changing your health protocols.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this site and in our products is the property of Vital Codex / Atlan Powers and is protected by copyright. Quoting brief excerpts with attribution and a link is welcome; reproducing substantial portions is not.
